No automatic greetings with Trustmark, you speak directly to a live, caring person who is ready to help with benefit issues, such as checking the status of a claim, verifying eligibility, learning about LG Health’s wellness programs, understanding paid time off, tuition reimbursement, or contacting the Employee Assistance Program. If resolving your question requires the assistance of another benefit provider (for example, if you have a vision or pharmacy question), they will personally transfer you and stay on the line until they are certain that you’re in the right hands.
