The effective date for Health, Dental, Vision, Health Care and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts is 30 days from your date of hire*. All new employees must enroll in benefits within their first 25 days of employment to ensure receipt of insurance cards prior to their benefit effective date. Any new employee enrollment requests submitted after 30 days of employment will not be processed.
