2016 Annual Benefit Enrollment Confirmation Statements

Every employee will receive a Confirmation Statement in their Lancaster General Health e-mail after the conclusion of the Annual Benefit Enrollment period. Employees can use this opportunity to review and validate their benefit elections or make any changes, as necessary.

The deadline to validate your elections or submit changes is November 30, 2015.
Any employees that have not made selections or submitted a confirmation statement change by November 30, 2015 will not have benefits in the 2016 calendar year.
