Benefits chosen during annual benefit enrollment will go into effect on July 1, 2020 and will end on June 30, 2021.
Current health, dental and vision elections will carry over into the new plan year – no action required by you.
If you want to make changes to your plans, you MUST log in to Workday between May 15 and May 31, to make new benefit selections.
Your Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Flexible Spending, Commuter Accounts (QTA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) enrollment will not carry over. If you wish to participate in these programs in the July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021 plan year, you must log into Workday (Employee Self-Service) between May 15-31 and actively make your new elections.

Deductible bypass for Consumer participants on preventive prescription medications
LG Select Medical Plan Out-of-Pocket expenses decreasing from $2,500 to $1,500 for individuals and from $5,000 to $3,000 for family
Infertility maximum increased from $15,000 to $30,000
Cryopreservation and Procreative management encounters added to Infertility Benefit as covered services
LGMG and Twin Rose Tier 1 specialty visit copay will change to $30 from $35 to align with LG Health’s plan design.
LGMG and Twin Rose Tier 2 Primary Care copay will change to $40 from $25 to align with LG Health’s plan design.
LGMG and Twin Rose medical plan participants will receive a new insurance card.
Copay changes are NOT applicable to LG Health medical plan enrollees.
