The Plan’s benefits—and your prescription drug co-payments—are based on three categories of drugs: generic, formulary, and non-formulary drugs. Effective July 1, 2023, the Prescription Drug Plan will be administered by Liviniti (Southern Scripts).

When you enroll in our Health Insurance Plan, you will receive a prescription drug identification card that you can use at any of the LG Health Convenience Pharmacy locations or any pharmacy in the Liviniti (Southern Scripts) network.

Applicable to both LG Consumer and LG Select Plans:

  • You may only order specialty medications through the LG Health Convenience Pharmacy.
  • Enrollees will have $0 co-payments when purchasing generic contraceptives (both oral & devices) and preventive medications with a prescription. This includes over-the-counter items such as aspirin or fluoride and other medications like Tamoxifen and Raloxifene.

*All prescription drug co-pays and co-insurances are attributable to annual out-of-pocket limits in the employee’s selected Health Insurance Plan. LG Consumer co-payments are applicable after annual deductible (Individual and/or Family, if applicable) has been satisfied. After one of your enrolled family members have met a deductible amount of $3,000 or more, one or more family members are only required to meet an additional accrued deductible amount of $1,000. These two amounts – $3,000 and $1,000 – equate to the overall LG Consumer family deductible of $4,000.

Employees receive great discounts at the LG Health Convenience Pharmacy.
