HealthWorks Pilot Program

Welcome to LG Health’s Pilot Program with Penn Medicine HealthWorks. During this pilot, you will have direct access to the LG Health’s concierge-style primary care practices located in Lititz and Lancaster.
Penn Medicine HealthWorks is a health-care service that helps employers connect their employees with health care services, while also managing costs. Penn Medicine HealthWorks has partnered with large organizations like Clair Global, Landis Homes, and Woodstream to provide medical services to their employees.

LG Health is now looking to provide the same, convenient and affordable health-care services to employees, beginning with a small pilot in 2021. You may choose one of these locations as your primary practice or you can continue with your current doctor and use this location when needed.

LG Health employees who are eligible for the pilot program will be auto-enrolled into the LG Health pilot of Penn Medicine HealthWorks, and there is no penalty if you choose to opt-out of the program.

Services available to you through the Penn Medicine HealthWorks Pilot Program:

• Same day/next day primary care appointments
• Wellness, sick, virtual and minor procedure visits
• Bloodwork and rapid testing
• Flu shots and vaccines
• Commonly prescribed medications available onsite at no cost
• Phone app for texting and care coordination with provider
• No co-pays for LG Select plan members
