MyHealthyLiving: Your Employee Wellness Program

MyHealthyLiving is the voluntary employee wellness program at Lancaster General Health. It is designed to support your health and well-being by providing programs and resources to help you develop and build skills for your personal well-being journey.

Free Health Screenings

MyHealthyLiving provides free annual health screenings for one week every other month through the program year and an online Limeade Well-Being Assessment HERE (you will need to register for access). Your screening results can help you identify health risks so that you can take action before they become health problems.

Fitness Opportunities

There are 3 Free Employee Fitness Centers located at:

  • Downtown Pavilion: 540 Duke St (Open 24/7)
  • Commercial Ave Building: 1097 Commercial Ave, East Petersburg (Open 4:30AM- 12AM)
  • Mills Building: 26 N Cedar St, Lititz (Open 4:30AM- 12AM)

Fitness Centers are accessible to employees with their LG Health employee badge. To get access to any of the Employee Fitness Centers, please click here. A wide variety of fitness classes are also available employees for no cost. Register for classes by going to StarNet > Health & Wellness > Employee Fitness Center.

Nutrition and Weight Management

All LG Health dining areas offer Fit-Friendly Foods, which meet healthy guidelines for calories, fat, and sodium. MyHealthyLiving also offers 1 on 1 health coaching and group coaching sessions for additional support. More information available here.

Nicotine Cessation

LG Health offers group support and one-on-one counseling for those interested in quitting nicotine. Nicotine replacement therapy is available as grant funding allows.
