Annual Benefit Enrollment Helpful Tips and Reminders
The Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account is ONLY for Child Care (Daycare) expenses.
You are able to make changes to your open enrollment elections unlimited times between May 15-31, 2022. Whichever elections are in the Workday system May 31, 2022 will become effective July 1, 2022.
You MUST make an active enrollment into the Flexible Spending Account(s) during the Annual Benefit Enrollment to have them for the July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023 plan year.
When participating in the Consumer plan, you are able to change your Health Savings account (HSA) contributions at any time. Your new elections may take up to two (2) payroll cycles to reflect in your paycheck. If you would like to participate in the Health Savings Account immediately, you MUST make an enrollment into the plan. Your contribution elections will not roll over.
If you are adding new dependents to plans, you will be required to complete a Dependent Eligibility Audit prior to their enrollment into the plan. If approved, coverage is retroactive to the original date of coverage. If not approved or the audit is not completed, the respective dependents will be removed from your coverage.
