Fertility Services
Fertility services ($30,000 lifetime maximum) are only available through a Tier 1 provider, in LG Health’s medical programs. This includes service providers from LG Hospital, WBH and Penn Fertility Care (includes HUP, PA Hospital, Penn Presby Medical Center and CHOP).

Adoption and Surrogacy Assistance – Eligibility: Regular full-time employees who have completed their first year of employment with LG Health.
Reimbursement for qualified surrogacy or adoption expenses related to the birth or placement of an eligible child with a lifetime maximum of $15,000.
