The primary care physicians and specialists in the PennCare Network deliver to you and your family, the most convenient and cost-effective provider option. The providers included in the PennCare Network follow high quality protocols driven by advanced clinical initiatives that have been shown to improve medical outcomes and reduce health-related costs.
For employees using the PennCare Network, co-pays and out-of-pocket expenses are reduced. The vast majority of services are available; however, if a service is not available within the PennCare Network, employees may access the IBX In Network level.
The PennCare Network includes all providers utilized by Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, as well as, the University of Pennsylvania Health System and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
